As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the product portfolio for Dealer Services, with a primary focus on Lubrico and Global subsidiaries.

What you'll accomplish with us As a Product Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission.
Here are the main responsibilities:
- Support and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company vision and goals.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products and enhancements for P&C offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product elements such as contracts, rate files, manuals, and sales tools.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze business mix, product penetration, and sales performance.
- Support Dealer Services in executing their unique product strategy and development.
- Communicate regulatory, product, and competitive developments to stakeholders.
- Liaise with sales departments and regional teams to tailor product resources to regional needs.
- Create and maintain product documentation and manage fulfillment of materials.
- Advise on and manage special initiatives consistent with product strategy.
Support product knowledge training for Sales, Claims, and Support teams.
