**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dependable and caring Relief Support Worker in a residential setting.This is a casual, on-call position to provide coverage when regular staff are unavailable due to illness, emergencies, or vacation. Relief Support Worker play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and support for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to clients in accordance with individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and medication reminders as required.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for clients.
- Support clients in building independence and engaging in community activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Follow organizational policies, health & safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in health care, social services, or as a support worker (preferred)/ willing to train
- Ability to work flexible hours on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Current First Aid/CPR and Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain).
