Our comprehensive services include full-scale interior and exterior renovations, additions, basement legalization, and enhancements for multi-tenant properties. We also excel in managing smaller projects such as bathroom renovations, painting, and more.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Inspect projects regularly to identify issues, solve problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization on-site.
- Address hazards and adapt to changes as needed.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Supervise and mentor team members as necessary.
- Maintain motivation and productivity among the crew.
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed while maintaining confidentiality.
- **Documentation**:

- Review and interpret project materials including drawings, specifications, and permits.
- Procure additional information as needed to ensure project accuracy.
- Implement changes to meet project goals and client expectations.
- **Safety and Quality Control**:

- Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety in all physical tasks.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
- Adapt to any changes in project scope or requirements as needed.
- **Material Handling**:

- Coordinate and perform material pick-up and delivery to job sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials as needed.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to emergency calls and address urgent issues on-site.
- Implement immediate solutions to resolve emergency situations effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in construction with extensive knowledge of full interior and exterior renovations, additions, custom homes, and landscaping. Must have understanding of limited foundation work, framing, painting, drywall, and general construction tasks.
- **Education**: Secondary School diploma.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel to job sites.
- **Licenses**: Valid Canadian driver’s license.
- **Vehicle**: Own truck or van for project-related transportation and tools is a plus; however, we can provide one if necessary.
- **Language**: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- **Location**: Ability to travel to GTA and surrounding areas (e.g., Mississauga, Hamilton, Halton Hills, Guelph, etc.).

**Additional Information**:

- Flexibility to work occasional extra hours and Saturdays when needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
