You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Welcoming patients and providing excellent hospitality. - Answering Phone calls. - Schedule and appointment management. - Health Insurance billing. - Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality. - Working with Independent contractors and employees to optimize their schedules. - Assisting with administrative tasks to support the clinic's daily operations. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and interacting with people all day. - Management of clinic cleaning protocols and laundry. - Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail - A Can-Do Attitude: Positive, self-starters who rise to the challenge and take personal responsibility for solutions and results. Approaches work with a positive attitude, has great people skills, and a sense of humour. - Hands-on experience working with various administrative software. - Customer Empathy: Delivering relevant value to customers by listening, understanding, and reflecting what is heard and providing solutions.
