**About the role**:
CDL-London at Imperial College London is Creative Destruction Lab’s newest international hub dedicated to transforming academic breakthroughs into scalable, commercial ventures.

CDL-London is supported by Founding Partner, Rio Tinto, a leading mining and materials company, and hosted at Imperial College London - the global top ten university and leader in engineering and physical sciences.

As part of Imperial’s Enterprise ecosystem, CDL-London will be led by the Institute for DeepTech Entrepreneurship, a cross university initiative housed within Imperial Business School, in partnership with the Imperial Enterprise Lab.

**What you would be doing**:
As the Venture Manager, you will be responsible for supporting CDL-London operations; focusing on venture recruitment, managing a portfolio of CDL ventures participating in the program, managing CDL-London’s research database, and leading initiatives to support the growth and continuous improvement of the program.

**What we are looking for**:

- Fostering stakeholder engagement and maintaining relationships with project partners
- Promoting programs and service offerings to internal and/or external contacts
- Monitoring established key performance indicators of projects or products
- Analysing statistical information to evaluate the performance of programs and/or partnerships
- Implementing plans and process improvements for project activities
- Analysing and writing program scripts to extract, reformat and analyse data

This is a full-time post based in the Imperial Enterprise Lab.

This role is for a fixed-term contract for up to 5 years.
