London Police Services Board Vacancy

**Summary of Duties**
The London Police Services Board meet the third Thursday of the month for a full day. In addition, approximately 4-6 hours of reading material is required prior to the meeting.
Some of the responsibilities of the London Police Services Board are:
- Guides the direction of policing in London
- Approves the hiring and termination of employees
- Guides the creation of business plans and monitors their progress
- Recruits and appoints the Chief and Deputy Chiefs of Police
- Determines the objectives and priorities of our police service
- Participates in the bargaining process with the London Police Association
