**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Previous fitness industry experience is highly valued.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a well-organized sales floor.
- Stay updated on new products and technology trends to provide informed recommendations.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
