**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and promote sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Communicate product knowledge clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate totals and provide change as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are well-displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and technology trends to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to engage with customers confidently and build rapport quickly.
- Experience with cashiering duties is a plus.
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 32 per week
