**Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers daily to provide product and service information, address and resolve concerns, and process order request, enquiries, and escalations.
- Document all customer activities, resolutions, requests, and complaints
- Meet with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance.
- Preparing quotes, coordinate project completion timelines with customers and forecast analysis.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that job is completed as per the customers requirements and satisfaction.
- Technical support and pricing management.
- Purchase of raw materials as per the job specifications.
- Using excel for reporting and tracking purposes, creating production dockets, regularly updating sage and our ERP systems for storage and processing of data.
- Inventory tracking and creation and release of product serial numbers.
- Assisting with logistics when required.

**Purchaser Job Responsibilities**:

- Research, evaluate, and source suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery timelines to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory or warehouse teams to avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material or service requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and initiate improvements or changes when needed.
- Stay informed on market trends, supply chain issues, and pricing developments.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports

**Provide support to your immediate manager with various initiatives and operational tasks as needed.**

**Perform other duties as assigned.**

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- At least 2-3 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Experience.
- At least 2-3 years of proven Purchase Experience.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Possess a confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
- Empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
