**Position: Customer Service Representative**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Update customers on order status, including backorders, partial shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Outside Account Managers and the Warehouse Team to support seamless operations.
**Customer Transactions & Support**:
- Manage and track customer orders using internal systems and client POs.
- Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience and support upselling initiatives.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and communicate customer needs and opportunities to internal teams.
- Address customer concerns with timely, effective solutions and follow-up.
- Use internal tools and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay informed on product availability, lead times, and inventory status.
- Handle administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
**What You Bring**:
- Post-secondary education (College Diploma in Business or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or business administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar sales/order processing software is a plus.
- Prior exposure to LED, lighting, or electrical wholesale industries is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (French is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management.
**Schedule**:
- Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
