CSN Reflections Collision Centre is seeking an outgoing, personable and professional person to fill an office role fulltime.

The expectations for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Greet all incoming customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Enter all customer information for estimates.
- Answer all incoming phone calls, and either help them or redirect to the appropriate recipient
- Print invoices and prepare paperwork.
- Accept customer payments and enter all cheques and receipts from insurance and customers.
- Cheque runs to bank
- Reminder phone calls and printing of incoming paperwork.
- Filing and organizing
- Matching estimates with approved copies
- Collection phone calls and creating spreadsheets of overdue payments
- Organizing Staff Parties
- Ordering shop supplies
- Update customers

**Requirements**:

- Experience in some sort of customer service role
- Organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Driver’s License

Not required but an asset
- Knowledge in Mitchell Estimating
- Knowledge in Summit management program
- Knowledge in QuickBooks
- Knowledge in Microsoft office and Excel

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
