**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update customer accounts as required (i.e. updating contact info in Alliant etc.)
- Complete all route maintenance for their Service team/customer
- Assist with preparation and issuing of special invoices (i.e. consolidated, direct sales, etc.) when necessary
- Answer telephone, take messages, issue messages
- Address and resolve customer issues, requests, and concerns as appropriate, saving the service supervisor’s time, yet knowing when to pass calls on to supervisors or managers
- Enter calls into NU-Trak, classify & distribute the calls accordingly
- Close calls / monitor that calls are closed
- Research information for customers and update or send information when necessary
- Develop positive customer relations through polite and diplomatic communications with customers
- Commitment to using technology efficiently & effectively (Nu-Trak, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Train one-on-one with the Senior Route Accountant to solidify your job knowledge on our industry specific invoicing system.
- Create daily invoices as required by delivery schedule in coordination with production processes.
- Support the administration team by cross-training in other office duties such as customer service, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and miscellaneous administrative duties.
**Qualifications**:
- Solid Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills, administrative skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Relevant post-secondary education or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Administrative experience is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including dealing with situations of a confidential nature and knowing when to communicate information.
- The position requires a confident, efficient, self-motivated individual with proven success working in a fast-paced environment with mínimal direction.
- Experience working with Alliant and ISO is considered an asset
**Details**:
- Full time; 40 hours per week 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- Minimum hourly rate of $22.00; pay commensurable with experience.
