**Job Summary**:
As a Service Advisor at Eldon Ingram Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organization of inventory and customer related stock: Receiving and Returns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Clean Driver Abstract
