**Position Purpose and Summary**

The Alumni Engagement Manager, International Alumni is responsible for implementing engagement opportunities and initiatives to develop meaningful relationships with international alumni. Through relational stewardship, engaging events, and leading an effective alumni ambassador team, the Engagement Manager invites alumni to deeper levels of participation and contribution to the TWU community.

**Key Areas of Accountability**
- ** Alumni Engagement (Participation)** - In collaboration with the Vice President of Alumni and Families, implement an effective calendar of activities, initiatives, and events to increase alumni awareness and participation among international alumni.
- ** Alumni Engagement** (**Contribution**) - Steward meaningful relationships with international alumni, inviting them to contribute to TWU’s vision to equip graduates for life. This contribution can include assisting in student recruitment, giving financially, mentoring, volunteering, hiring students, etc.
- ** Alumni Ambassadors** - In collaboration with the Vice President of Alumni and Families, recruit new international alumni ambassadors.
- ** Advancement Events**- Build relationships and connections with alumni at advancement (alumni and development) engagement events. Identify individuals to engage post-event, who have the potential to get further involved.
- ** TWU Alignment** - Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of TWU’s priorities, needs, culture, community, academic and co-curricular strengths.

**Standards & Requirements**

**Education**: Post-secondary degree required. Trinity Western University alumni preferred.

**Experience**: 3+ years of experience in relational management or similar experience.
