We’re looking for a Rental Consultant to join our rental team in our Edmonton West location. This is a Permanent Part Time (less than 20 hours a week) position.

**What you’ll do**:

- Greet customers and assist with vehicle rental and returns
- Advise customers on use and care of vehicles
- Performs walk around and vehicle inspection with customer
- Complete vehicle condition report and obtain customer signature
- Establish strong customer relationships by becoming familiar with the specific needs, expectations, and requirements of our rental customers
- Open and close rental agreements and complete necessary paperwork
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
- Support the Rental department by driving and cleaning vehicles as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of secondary school or equivalent
- A valid Driver’s License and a clean drivers abstract required
- Clear pre-employment security clearance required
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working with a Rental software would be considered a strong asset
