Service & Parts Manager

**Overview**
This role is crucial for ensuring that our operations run smoothly by effectively procuring and managing inventory, orders and claims while providing exceptional service to our customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage/process all online parts orders, in-store orders, as well as additional supplies.
- Manage all customer warranty claims from start to finish.
- Manage all repair works orders.
- Manage internal inventory work orders.
- Manage weekly parts/ebike orders from suppliers.
- Manage shipped parts and ebikes.
- Back and schedule all orders including warranty parts.
- Update and/or create parts for online store and internal systems.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to enhance supply chain and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop or add to exisitng inventory organization system
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track parts usage and inventory management.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other staff to process orders of parts, repairs and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, receipts, warranty and service appointments.
- Be willing to go outside of role to ensure all orders are processed and delivered.
- Parts or Ebike deliveries in Company vehicles are required time to time.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Ability to calmly and thoroughly communicate with customers and suppliers.
- Have some interest in Ebikes, Mobility and Electric Bicycles.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and effective sourcing techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CMMS or similar inventory management software is an advantage.
