Expert IT Solutions is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician in our Red Deer location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing remote and on-site technical support for troubleshooting for desktop support
- Configuration, upgrading, installing, and repairing IT assets.
- Identifying and recommending solutions to clients
- PC Hardware, software and peripherals managements and troubleshooting
- Management of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years systems support experience in a hands-on technical role
- Diploma in computer science or information technology
- Microsoft Certification(s) (Microsoft Azure, 365, Server, and/or Desktops)
- Basic understanding of server and network environments
- Ability to support Windows operating systems
- Ability to support Microsoft Office Applications including Office 365 - an asset
- Familiarity with backup solutions, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware - an asset
- Basic technical training (CompTIA or Equivalent) - an asset
- CompTIA Network - CISCO, CCNA or CCIE, SQL Certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
