**Shipper Receiver - Afternoon Shift**

Immediate full
- time position for an experienced Shipper-Receiver with a production facility to manage the production flow, client orders and customer service.

**Wage**:
$1p/hr. + paid benefits for employee

**Shift**:
Monday - Thursday - 4:00PM - 2:30AM - 4- day work week
- Every weekend is a long weekend_

**Responsibilities**:

- Main point of contact for the delivery personnel and suppliers
- Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints
- Assigns loads for internal staff; manages deliveries to the warehouse
- Computer input of work volume statistics and customer services requests
- Prepares work schedules, expedites workflow, ensures next shift is prepared
- Schedules inbound and outbound appointments, manages transactions

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Competent computer literacy to input, track and manage inventory levels and activities
- Ability to multi-task and respond well to shifting priorities and challenging deadlines
- Must be customer-focused through exceptional service to customers and employees

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
