**About the Role**

ID Fusion is looking for an Bookkeeper who is eager to build on their bookkeeping skills and grow within a dynamic organization. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for supporting the Controller in maintaining the day-to-day financial records of the company. **Your Day to Day**
- Recording cash receipts and making bank deposits Issuing invoices to customers
- Paying supplier invoices
- Processing payroll
- Collecting receivables
- Maintain data up to date in rollingcashflow and budgeting tools) Maintain the petty cash fund
- Performing monthly reconciliations for al bank accounts
- Performing monthly reconciliations for all credit card accounts
- Manage the collection of sales taxes from customers and ensure timely remittance to government authorities
- Maintaining an orderly accounting filing system
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management as requested Purchasing office supplies and equipment as authorized by management
- Monitoring office supply levels and reordering as necessary
- Receiving deliveries and answering phone calls at the front reception desk

**Experience You Bring**
- QuickBooks Desktop / Sage
- Knowledge of bookkeeping best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Relevant university degree or college diploma in an accounting related field
