Sneath Group is seeking an energetic and organized bookkeeper to join our team. Sneath Group consists of SKIN Clinics and Bowerbird Holdings Ltd.

SKIN Clinics was established in 2014 and is the largest chain of physician owned dermatology clinics in Canada. SKIN Clinics has locations in Calgary, Winnipeg, Brandon, Steinbach and Winnipeg. The SKIN brand is known for its commitment to the highest quality service delivered in a friendly, beautiful, and professional atmosphere. SKIN Clinics offers a combination of medical and cosmetic dermatologic care and the team consists of dermatologists, family physicians, nurses, laser technicians, aestheticians, and more.

Bowerbird Holdings is a real estate development company with mixed holdings across the prairies, including Bowerbird Stays, a vacation rental business.

The bookkeeper plays a critical role in ensuring the health of the organization. The bookkeeper is at the heart of the organization and is a key person in determining the success of the business. We are looking for someone positive, hardworking, honest, and organized to join our growing team

**Responsibilities may include**:

- managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- managing cash flow, intercompany lending
- daily sales entries
- Payroll
- helping to prepare month-end and year-end
- credit card reconciliations
- bank deposits
- Quarterly reporting to lenders
- Inventory counts
- Work together with finance team
- Collaborate with all locations and departments

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bookkeeping diploma
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll a strong asset
- Proficient in financial software (we use Quickbooks), with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others
- Strong team player, with the aptitude to motivate and encourage others
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of human resource management is an asset but not required
- A positive and hardworking demeanor
