**Steamworks Baths** is a premier 24/7 private men's gym and sauna catering to the **gay men's community**. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where our guests can relax and enjoy their experience. We are seeking a dedicated and professional male **Night Manager** to lead our night shift team, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations during the overnight hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Team Management**:
Oversee and guide the night shift team, including Front Desk and Housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines. Lead by example to foster a professional and service-oriented environment.
- **Guest Satisfaction & Safety**:
Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests by maintaining a high standard of service and promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the night shift.
- **Operations Oversight**:
Monitor all club operations during the night, making quick and effective decisions to maintain smooth and efficient functioning. This includes handling customer complaints, resolving disturbances, and addressing any problems that may occur in the absence of the General Manager.
- **Financial Responsibilities**:
Accurately balance daily receipts and manage financial transactions, ensuring all records are maintained according to company policies.
- **Support & Flexibility**:
Occasionally assist staff in the Front Desk or Housekeeping departments as needed to ensure operations run seamlessly. Your hands-on approach will be key to maintaining our high standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to assist in various roles as needed.

Pay: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
