**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings, advertisements, and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property showings and tours for potential buyers or tenants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and home inspectors
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, listings, and transactions simultaneously
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent market knowledge to stay informed about current trends and conditions
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized assistance
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documents, and reports
