We are expanding our Team We have 10 locations to offer but we primarily reside in our newly renovated office in the heart of Innisfil, close to the beach. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor with a dynamic personality to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Please be prepared to provide a fresh approach to capturing leads & marketing tactics. This is a commission-based position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to build a successful career. We will help develop your business utilizing our existing database. We provide the branding & corresponding materials as well as the support of an administrative assistant. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings, advertisements, and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property showings and tours for potential buyers or tenants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and home inspectors
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$381,185.67 per year
