Logistics Operations Administrator Level 3

**The Role** We are currently searching for a **Logistics Operations Administrator - Level 3** reporting to the **Manager, Inventory & Reporting Services.** This is a casual permanent opportunity, required to work all 3 shifts but primarily afternoon and night shift rotations. **Location**: Bolton Distribution Centre Who We Are Becoming experts on beer doesn't happen overnight - we have been in business since 1927 and we have established ourselves as the leading retailer and distribution channel for beer in Ontario. Join us to continue to create a fun and genuine work culture that really feels like your second family What You Will Be Doing - Maintain accurate records of shipments received, return of full goods to brewers, ensuring correctness of information entered into the system - Process inventory cycle counts in SAP - Process adjustments/corrections to customer orders - Dock management of incoming brewery loads - Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork - Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment - Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met - Ensure the company’s Health and Safety, Operational and Budgetary efficiencies are met - Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service - Direct contact with internal and external customers as required - Investigate and complete customer credit requests - Build load manifests - Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Related post-secondary education - A minimum of 1 - 3 years of operations/warehouse experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - The ability to make sound decisions in a timely fashion - Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point - Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems experience is considered an asset - Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills - Previous inventory experience is considered an asset **Application Deadline: ASAP** Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to providing a respectful and empowering workplace that values our greatest resource, our people.
