**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating loader (e.g. CAT, Komatsu, etc.)
- Valid loader/operator license or relevant certification
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in concrete batching or similar role
- Understanding of concrete mixes and materials
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Tasks include but are not limited to:_
- Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently
- Load materials into hoppers, trucks and stockpiles
- Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
- Operate batching plant to produce concrete according to specifications
- Monitor material stock levels and ensure correct input ratios
- Communicate with dispatch and delivery drivers
- Maintain records and ensure batching logs are accurate and up to date

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
