**Sales Representative - Curtain Store (Mont-Royal)**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional consultation and service.
- Develop new business opportunities through outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide product knowledge to help clients make informed decisions.
- Support the team in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in retail or sales is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in **French** are required; English is an asset.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Interest in home décor or interior design is a plus.

**Job Details**

**Résumé du poste**
Nous recherchons un(e) **Représentant(e) des ventes** dynamique et axé(e) sur le service client pour rejoindre notre boutique spécialisée dans la vente de rideaux située à Mont-Royal (H4P 1G8). La personne idéale aura un intérêt marqué pour la décoration intérieure et la vente, ainsi qu’une excellente capacité à établir des relations avec les clients.

**Responsabilités**
- Accueillir les clients en magasin et leur fournir des conseils personnalisés.
- Créer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients grâce à un service professionnel.
- Développer de nouvelles opportunités de vente par des suivis et de la prospection.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers clients et les activités de vente.
- Offrir une expertise produit pour aider les clients à faire un choix éclairé.
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente mensuels de l’équipe.

**Qualifications**
- Expérience préalable en vente ou au détail souhaitée.
- Maîtrise du **français** requise ; l’anglais est un atout.
- Attitude proactive, souriante et axée sur le client.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Un intérêt pour la décoration intérieure est un plus.
