**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options.
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Assist in the development of treatment plans by collaborating with DDS
- Educate patients on procedures, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities related to their treatment.
- Supervise administrative staff as needed, providing guidance on office procedures and patient interactions.
- Support budgeting efforts by tracking patient flow and resource allocation within the office.
- Utilize **TRACKER** software for managing patient records and scheduling efficiently.
- Stay updated on acute care practices and medical terminology to ensure effective communication with healthcare teams.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
- **TRACKER knowledge is an asset**:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in supervising staff is a plus
