We are excited to announce our search for a Team Lead in our Avenue and Lawrence location.  In this role you’ll bring your strengths in creating an environment that supports WAXON’s brand and focus on high quality and great client experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Co Ordination
- Selling Memberships, laser packages and retail
- Point of sale operations
- Coordinating appointments
- Appointment confirmation & scheduling
- Opening & closing duties
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- General administration responsibilities
- Leadership presence assisting the Franchise Partner in location support, success and day to day operations
- Own the Guest Service Role and ensure that the location is running smoothly
- Assisting in keeping the team motivated, checking in with team on where they are at for their R2’s. Letting them know their goals for the day.
- Ensure that ALL clients are experiencing WAXON ‘s superior level or Client Experience.
- Manage minor client issues
- Assist in Training New Guest Service Hires
- Assist with inventory counts
- **Evening and weekend availability a MUST**

Key Requirements:

- **2+ years of experience in a similar role (Spa / Salon experience a bonus)**:

- Enthusiastic people person with leadership qualities
- Experience in Reception / customer service
- Able to communicate effectively
- Professional and motivated
- Self-starter
- Hospitality-focused approach/attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task
- A passion for the beauty industry
- Highly motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
