**General Labour & Machine Operator**:

- (In Bolton)

In this role, you'll be responsible for both **general labour and machine operation duties**. We provide **comprehensive training for the first three months**, ensuring you gain the skills needed for both aspects of the job. To ensure your continuous development, you'll be required to pass a monthly test to proceed with further training.

What You'll Be Doing:

- **Performing general labour tasks**:

- **Operating machinery** involved in the production process.
- **Lifting heavy materials (45-50 kgs)** with provided assistance and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- **Experienced**: Possess consistent or long-term warehouse/factory experience/General Labour
- **Physically Strong**: Capable of heavy lifting (45-50 kgs) with assistance.
- **Clear Communicators**: Able to communicate effectively in English.
- **Consistent & Dedicated**: Reliable and committed to their work.
- **Long-Term Focused**: Available for a sustained project.

Important Details:

- **Rotational Shifts**: You'll work rotational shifts, alternating between mornings (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and afternoons (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) based on production demands.
- **Training Pay Rate**: During the three-month training period, the pay rate will be **$17.20 per hour**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, ON (L7C): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
