Our Team Members will receive, sort, count and verify incoming parts against documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity of parts for stock and distribution.Our General Warehouse Workers are responsible for:Receive work assignments daily from the stocking supervisor regarding what lines need to be stocked and in what areasStock new merchandise, palletize and label overstock so that it may be handled properlyCheck shipments for accuracy and report the resultsPrepare the assigned zone to begin pulling each dayTag all completed orders to ensure that the tote goes to the proper locationPull orders quickly and accurately as assigned and record the time it takes to pull ordersEnsure that orders are picked up and signed for by the customerEnsure that all the parts are located for customers and return ticket to office if part isn't available so the customer can be called in a timely mannerLoad trucks and check to make sure no items are missing from the loading processReceive freight daily and unloads merchandiseEnsure that all daily housekeeping duties are completed at the end of dayWhat you bring to the team:Previous warehouse trainingor experience is preferred but not requiredFlexibility in availability– Available to work Saturdays and to work Full-Time hoursYou are reliable –You are a self-starter who is dependable in completing tasks and is responsible with company equipmentYou are a team player –You are dedicated to contributing to a collaborative team with a positive and friendly attitude and contribute to a safe work environmentAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions and procedure manualsEducation:High School Diploma/GEDPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation Range: The range of expected compensation for this role is between 18.50 CAD and 22.25 CAD per hour for a new team member.
