Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT Applications Procurement for managed service providers (MSP) in the Americas.
- Coordinate complex bids and manage relationships with financial services, engineering, and other internal groups within Capgemini.
- Negotiate contracts and work closely with legal, cybersecurity, and data protection teams to ensure compliance.
- Lead the vendor engagement process, including negotiations for new engagements, orders, and renewals.
- Collaborate with global procurement buyers to maintain a consistent procurement approach.
- Develop strategies to optimize contract renewals and manage budgets.
- Analyze data and create financial summaries to identify and develop savings opportunities.
- Ensure vendor compliance and manage contract processes effectively.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5+ years in IT Procurement, with significant experience in strategic sourcing and managing vendor/stakeholder relationships.
- ** Skills**:

- Proficient in negotiations and managing internal and external procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to manage large datasets and financial summaries.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across various disciplines and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.11/hour - $36.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis._**
