Job Qualifications:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety requirements
- In-depth knowledge of safe food storage guidelines
- Leadership skills
- Ability to use kitchen utensils safely
- Ability to take direction and work as a team player
- Strong knife skills
We woud like to see 2 to 3 years of related experience. While experience in Japanese cuisine is an asset, passion and a desire to learn are essential.
Please note that this position requires a valid NS drivers license and use of a personal vehicle.
**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
