**Join Lift Auto Group as a Client Relations Coordinator**

**CSN Brennan** is looking for a dedicated **Client Relations Coordinator** to join the team at our **Stettler, AB** location. In this position you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch customer service for our clients who require automotive repair services.

**What does it take for consideration at Lift Auto Group?**
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Strong customer service, computer skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment required.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license is mandatory.

**Career Overview/Responsibilities**:
Reporting to our highly experienced Location Manager, your duties will include:

- Greet and make customers feel welcome from the moment they enter the shop.
- Prepare and manage customer files, including preparing final invoicing and paperwork required for customer to pick up their vehicle.
- Obtaining customer signatures and deductible payments on final paperwork
- Close customer files with the relevant insurance company and communicate with insurance companies where necessary.
- Demonstrate superior communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Possess a professional and positive attitude with well-developed problem-solving skills.
