Gary Moe Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to add to our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring customer expectations are met while achieving optimum profitability
- Maintaining a safe and accountable workplace
- Ensuring parts and shop supplies are available for Service Department
- Processing payments and refunds to customers
- Preparing service estimates and work orders by detailing the vehicles problems or symptoms, close and cashier once the transaction is done and payment is received
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
- Coordinates with all the other Departments for any related transactions

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient with PBS Auto Dealership Software
- Customer Oriented
- Team Player
- Responsible and Dependable
- Coachable and adapts to change
- Positive Attitude
- Have a valid Driver's License

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
