Accounts Receivable Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Completing payments and controlling accounts by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Collecting cash from customers by processing payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
- Responding to all customer enquiries regarding finance
- Ensuring outstanding balances are updated with credit memos
- Verifying customer accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts and cheques by saving documents properly on the cloud
- Organizing and maintaining filling systems including hard copy and electronic files
- Other accounting and office duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Hospitality experience preferred or a passion for the industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace required with a demonstrated ability in Microsoft Excel
- 1 year experience in AP/AR, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Quickbooks Online experience preferred
- Bookkeeping Certificate/Diploma or equivalent experience considered an asset
