**Automotive Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Payroll**
- Account for all monies that come in and go out of the dealership on a daily basis
- Post payables on a daily basis
- Act as a collections representative for the dealership
- Responsible for sending out monthly receivable statements, reconciles statements, and follows up collections as necessary.
- Processes payroll through Ceridian; set up new employees in payroll; knows the entirety of the payroll process.
- Enters finalized cash receipts, deposits, and updates accounts receivable and deposit ledger by customer.
- Post all cash receipt records, bank receipts, and credit card deposits.
- Act as a representative for our vendors and manage all new vendor accounts.
- Pulls vehicle invoices and check for accuracy on customer accounts.
- Creates excel reports as requested by management or owner.
- Creates gas logs and mileage reports.
- Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management.
- Other duties as assigned

Reports to the controller on a daily basis

Minimum 2-3 year’s experience with AR/AP in dealership.

Experience with Ceridian Payroll and CDK accounting requirement

Thorough Excel experience a requirement

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
