Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.

Contract Dates: 7 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to financial institutions updating internal systems
- This is a call center environment
- 20% of functions will include data entry functions, i.e. updating in house systems and working closely on ISM, EIS (Electronic Imaging System) and in house ticketing software
- Making outbound calls to other financial institutions for client transfer information
- Making outbound calls to other financial institutions for client transfers

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Operations experience
- Professional and interpersonal skills - for making phone calls (phone experience is a strong must have skill required for the role)
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking skills
- High Technical Aptitude
- Strong Excel - need good understanding of using excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros, need to have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training)
