**Niagara Children’s Centre **is recognized throughout the Niagara Region as the provider of rehabilitation and support services to over 5,700 children and youth with physical, developmental and communicative delays and disabilities each year. Core services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language services, augmentative and alternative communication, family services and therapeutic recreation.

Niagara Children’s Centre has an immediate need for a:
**Intake Coordinator (Permanent 1.0 FTE)**
- A sound understanding of child development across the domains of communication, fine and gross motor
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with infants/young children with identified needs using a family centred care model of intervention
- Ability to work with families in complex situations and from a variety of cultures and values
- Bilingual at a superior or advanced level of French
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability in core competencies of customer service, communication, team work, initiative and self-management

**This position is a member of the bargaining unit which is represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, and as such will be bound under the terms of the collective agreement.**
