We are currently looking to fill the position of Accounting Administrative Assistant to work within our London, Ontario head office. **This is a 13-month contract position.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Auburn Developments, located in downtown London, Ontario, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for providing a range of administrative support and coordination of projects for the CFO, and the Departments of Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

As the Administrative Assistant you will:

- Provide administrative support to the CFO, Controllers, and other department staff
- Distribute weekly and monthly cheque run
- Process daily bank deposits
- Set up/Maintain the filing system of multiple companies
- Preparation of various correspondence
- Photocopy, fax, scan documents
- Collection and input of data and submission of reports
- Track office supplies needed for monthly order
- Assist with monthly duties as required
- Provide project support as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Post-secondary education (college or university) in administration, business, or a related field
- Three years of experience in an administrative role
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in grammar, spelling and proofreading
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
