Reporting to the Manager - CRCD, the vendor Management Analyst is responsible to manage, track, report and assist in resolution of any issues impacting the delivery of services by TSYS. The Analyst will be required to interact on a daily basis in a professional manner with various internal and external partners, including Business Analysts and Technical Staff. Success in this role requires an Analyst who demonstrates a high degree of prioritization in his/her work, great communication skills, proper escalation of issues, and knowledge of internal processes and CTFS business priorities.

The mandate of the Credit Card Operations Delivery team is to provide CTFS with a vendor management and delivery competency for Total Systems (TSYS), Acxiom and TGT related projects, as well as be a liaison and escalation point between those vendors, the CTFS Business areas and IT.

The emphasis of this particular role is to increase the benefit CTFS realizes from its long-term partnership with TSYS. In this role, the Vendor Management Analyst will have the opportunity to work with various business units across CTFS and multiple external partners. You will strengthen your ability to multi-task and to balance requests and issues, while understanding technology and the impact it has on various business areas. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the TSYS/TS2 environment which is the backbone that supports our credit card portfolio.

**What You’ll Do**
- This role is accountable for managing the day-to-day services provided by TSYS including SLA’s, budget, project delivery, issue management and escalations
- Scheduling, chair and gather updates on projects/issues during weekly TSYS/CTFS conference calls
- Reconcile CTFS invoiced projects/operational charges on a monthly basis, research and rectify discrepancies
- Support TSYS Project Methodology and Issue Management Methodology
- Accountable for all TSYS requested development from CTFS stakeholders to be appropriately approved at CTFS and follows the TSYS methodology

**What You Bring**
- Understanding of TSYS/TS2 environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Established experience in effective Vendor Management
- Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships (both internally and externally)
- Proven ability to handle potentially stressful and/or demanding situations in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent time management, organizational, change, and priority management skills
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently or on cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and react to changing environments to meet deadlines
- Able to problem solve creatively and help solve business and technical challenges
- Comfortable dealing with various levels of an organization
- PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have
- Understanding of technology and impact on business
- Knowledge of TS2 Option Sets
- Issue Management Experience
- Accountable for all TSYS operational issues to be appropriately addressed by Vendor/CTFS and follows proper Issue Management Methodology
- Process the TS2 Option Set Changes to ensure they are submitted accurately, by the correct requestor and approved appropriately
- Work with TSYS and CTFS to resolve any issues of timeliness, cost and quality on projects/issues and be the point of escalation for CTFS
- Demonstrate personal commitment to self-improvement, teamwork and growth
