Customer Service Representative

Our proud team is growing, and we need a **Customer Service Representative** for our office in **Cambridge, Ontario**.

The job duties are (but are not limited to):

- Manage field service calls, reviewing the clients’ needs, making sure the correct technician is scheduled to the specific client need and reviewing client satisfactions surveys when needed.
- Provide first level phone support to gather required information from customers about field issues and redirect client to corresponding hotline support.
- Manage field service requests (such as parts requests, specific tooling required for technicians) in addition to serving as the conduit between dispatch and the field/customers for any issues.
- Issue quotes to clients by understanding their needs.
- Consult with Canadian and US counterparts on machine and parts models and prices.
- Input all orders into operating systems.
- Communicate with clients on order status and access alternatives when unforeseen circumstances arrive.
- Complete corresponding orders and submit all paperwork for invoicing.

What are your Qualifications:

- Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred.
- College diploma.
- Minimum one-year of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Experience on training is an asset.
- Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience on Microsoft Dynamic 365

This position is a permanent, full time on-site in our Cambridge, Ontario Office.
