**Robostorm Consulting Inc.** is searching for a **STEM Education Instructor** (Specialize in Information Technology, Coding and Engineering) to add to our expanding team, to teach Robotics, Coding & 3D Printing at our Vancouver location. This is a part-time position which could lead to a permanent instructor position. It is an ideal position for Information Technology., Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Teaching and Education undergraduate students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage a classroom of students between 6 to 16 years old.
- Engage students in fun and relevant lessons based on the established curriculums.
- Communicate clear objectives for all sessions, and observe and track students’ progress and attendance.
- Reinforce positive student behaviour and classroom rules.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with all students, parents and staff.
- Effectively communicate with the management team to discuss students' progress, needs, and concerns.
- Ability to present oneself and one's ideas with clarity, confidence, and poise.

**Qualification**:

- Undergraduate Students or Bachelor's Degrees in Information Technology, Coding, Robotics, Engineering and Education.
- A person of high moral standards understands how to interact with young students.
- Ability to handle and manage a classroom full of students.
- Ability to think critically and have problem-solving skills.
- Must be fluent in English (Chinese and Other language is a plus).
- Experience with LEGO or VEX robotics is an asset
- Knowledge of Java, C++, and Python preferred
- A criminal record check is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
