The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Events & ABM Specialist to help us execute high-impact events and account-based marketing programs that drive growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be the go-to person for events, researching, planning, and executing from start to finish, while also developing ABM outreach to our most valuable target accounts.

In this role you will
- Research and identify strategic events aligned with Shipfusion's ICP and revenue goals.
- Forecast expected MQLs/SQLs and calculate cost per lead and pipeline impact for each event.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to define required event assets and brainstorm event themes/approaches.
- Act as the single point of contact for event logistics (tickets, vendor coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.).
- Work closely with Sales to ensure event strategies support revenue and pipeline targets, including researching event attendee lists and identifying target accounts.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance event impact, including co-hosting opportunities and partner-only events.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute effective pre
- and post-event outreach to maximize lead conversion.
- Develop ABM playbooks and campaigns tailored to verticals, personas, and buying stages, leveraging dynamic content where possible.
- Partner with Sales to define target account lists and ICP priorities.
- Own reporting for ABM campaign performance and contribution to SQLs.

What you'll bring to the team (Required Skills):

- 1-3 years of experience in events, field marketing, or account-based marketing ideally in B2B or ecommerce/SaaS.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable owning event logistics while thinking strategically about outcomes.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with partners, ABM platforms (N.Rich, SixSense, Triblio, Rollworks etc.), or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) considered an asset
- Ability to travel 6-12 times per year
