We are always looking for individuals who share these values and who are looking to further their careers in a unique and rapidly growing organizationThe OpportunityWe are seeking an Events & ABM Specialist to help us execute high-impact events and account-based marketing programs that drive growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the go-to person for events, researching, planning, and executing from start to finish, while also developing ABM outreach to our most valuable target accounts.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify strategic events aligned with Shipfusion’s ICP and revenue goals.Forecast expected MQLs/SQLs and calculate cost per lead and pipeline impact for each event.Collaborate with the Marketing team to define required event assets and brainstorm event themes/approaches.Act as the single point of contact for event logistics (tickets, vendor coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.).Work closely with Sales to ensure event strategies support revenue and pipeline targets, including researching event attendee lists and identifying target accounts.Leverage partnerships to enhance event impact, including co-hosting opportunities and partner-only events.Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute effective pre- and post-event outreach to maximize lead conversion.Develop ABM playbooks and campaigns tailored to verticals, personas, and buying stages, leveraging dynamic content where possible.Partner with Sales to define target account lists and ICP priorities.Own reporting for ABM campaign performance and contribution to SQLs.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in events, field marketing, or account-based marketing ideally in B2B or ecommerce/SaaS.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Comfortable owning event logistics while thinking strategically about outcomes.Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with partners, ABM platforms (N.Rich, SixSense, Triblio, Rollworks etc.), or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) considered an assetAbility to travel 6-12 times per yearCompensation and BenefitsCompensation Range: $65,000 CAD - $75,000 CADAttractive Salary and Lucrative Compensation Plan: Earn what you deserve with our competitive and rewarding salary package.Comprehensive Health and Dental Coverage: Enjoy peace of mind with health and dental benefits for you and your loved ones, starting from day one.Generous Vacation Time: 15 days of paid vacation and 5 paid wellness days.Cutting-Edge Tech Setup: Receive a brand-new MacBook shipped to you, plus a budget to personalize your workspace with peripherals of your choice.Vibrant Company Social Events: Connect and celebrate with exciting social events that bring our team together.Remote Work Opportunities: Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of working from the comfort of your home.Exclusive Employee Discounts: Enjoy special savings with our employee discount program on your favorite products.Calm App Subscription: Receive 100% coverage for the Calm app, providing you with resources for meditation, sleep improvement, and stress management.Positive Company Culture: Join a workplace known for its supportive, inclusive, and dynamic culture.High Employee Retention Rates: Be part of a company where employees are valued and tend to stay, reflecting our commitment to employee satisfaction and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
