**Graphics/Production/Admin**

For 30 years we have been the leading company that offers premium state-of-the-art marketing, print and online services for the high-end real estate industry. We provide services including tours, websites, feature sheets, direct mail and newsletters, as well as pro photography, videography, 3D virtual, drone and floor plans.

An immediate part-time opportunity exists for a graphics, production person that can also handle customer care and admin functions such as billing and scheduling in our in-house print, online production, and office environment. It is critical that you are adept using Macintosh/Adobe InDesign. As well you will be using quick books and our google calendar system.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This position is multi-tasking calling on your skills both in the front direct customer interactions, as well as some admin functions. You will work in design, print, online and media production with a natural customer service mantra.
- Design and layout print materials using Adobe InDesign
- Interact and manage directly with clients, schedule appointments.
- Execute client changes as required
- Manage our user based online system for websites and real estate tours. No technical experience needed as even clients log in for self serve.
- Quality check own and others’ work to ensure files are proofread and printed correctly
- Adhere to and be able to cope with a quick, demanding design turnaround and production schedule
- Learn and work in our printing production using our digital printers, final cuts and prep
- Multi-tasking some admin including billing and checking with the rest of the team and yourself

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Adobe InDesign
- Mac environment
- Quickbooks Pro
- Working knowledge of printing production processes an asset but will train
- Strong attention to detail, and able to cope in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Very customer service oriented with a professional and friendly disposition

**Job Type**: Part-time with Full-time potential

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)
