We are currently looking for a **Shipping Coordinator** to join our team in **Ottawa** This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team and a great workplace.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily shipping schedules and dispatch procedures
- Coordinate with other departments and supply chain units for seamless operations
- Communicate with third-party haulage companies and customers
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate dispatch records
- Prepare reports (progress, fuel, etc.) and shipping documents for next-day deliveries
- Quickly resolve shipping-related issues to maintain service quality
- Perform other duties as required to support the shipping department

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (English and French is a strong asset)
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player with initiative and autonomy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.18-$25.64 per hour
