**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all outgoing shipments, including parcel and freight orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Manage incoming materials, verifying orders for accuracy and quality.
- Address and resolve delivery interruptions, working with carriers to mitigate risks and prevent failures.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, updating systems as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and minimize delays.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems is an asset.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
