As the Tea Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, staff training, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the tea store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of tearistas/baristas and retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the store meets its sales goals by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of all tea products, including their origins, flavors, and health benefits, to educate customers and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, including merchandise displays and signage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage financial aspects of the store, including cash handling, daily reconciliations, and sales reporting.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the store through various channels, including social media and local events.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge and passion for tea, including different types, brewing methods, and health benefits.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store financials effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Food service: 2 years (required)
