**Duties**
- Overseeing the daily store operations and its manpower planning.
- Hiring, training, motivating and managing the team to achieve the best results.
- Inventory management.
- Sales forecasting.
- Invoice consolidation.
- Generating reports such as sales reports or costing reports.
- Attending management meetings.
- Assisting management team to streamline operations standard operating procedures and training materials with management targets to ensure accuracy and high productivity of outlet operations.
- Executing quality control procedures to ensure product quality and stability.
- Conducting monthly inventory checks in operating equipment and supplies.
- Working closely with relevant personnel at all levels by maintaining effective communication, to ensure smooth execution of various activities and promotions.
- Ensuring smooth operations of the store with respect to product quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Appraising employees for their performance regularly and providing feedback to improve performance.
- Investigating and addressing issues related to customer feedback on service and product quality.
- Maintaining sound knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for food and drinks.
- Ensuring that the handover, closing and opening procedures are completed correctly and in accordance with company procedures for each shift.

**Terms of Employment**

Permanent, full-time role. 40 hours per week. Must be available on workdays, weekends, and work mornings, evenings, and night shifts. Flexible hours are required.

Will additionally be required to work out of two additional new locations in downtown Toronto in the Dundas Street West (M5G 1C3) and Queen St West (M5V 2A4) areas which are expected to open later this year, and further locations in the GTA, as needed, based on business needs.

**Education**:High School Diploma/graduation certificate

**Experience**
- At least five years of sales and supervisory experience in a similar position in the food & beverage industry
- At least three years of experience supervising 5-10 people in various areas of responsibility
- Must hold a valid food handling certificate recognized by Toronto Public Health (TPH) or approved by Ministry of Health.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced client focused environment
- High attention to detail
- Organized and reliable.
- Excellent oral communication.
- Possession of strong initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $34.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
