We’re not here to make vanilla real estate videos.

We’re a real estate tech company that wants to punch through the noise—fast-paced, spicy, high-converting content that grabs attention and drives action. Think viral-style hooks, snappy cuts, and sharp messaging that makes agents stop scrolling and start paying attention.

If your style is more “creator” than “corporate,” and you know how to make 15-60 sec videos that slap—this is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Film video content in-office (talking head, social ads, scripted skits, UGC-style, etc.)
- Edit short-form video with high energy pacing, subtitles, memes, and modern hooks
- Collaborate on creative direction, script punch-ups, and campaign goals
- Help us develop a distinct, _anti-CRM_, scroll-stopping video style
- Film both polished and raw formats—fast is better than perfect

Who You Are
- A video-first creative who loves TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Comfortable directing and shooting basic in-office footage with natural lighting or simple setups
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent (bonus if you do motion graphics)
- You think like a marketer, not just an editor—you know how to **make videos convert**:

- You’re tired of boring brand videos and want to help build something actually fun

Bonus Points
- You’ve made ads or content for direct-to-consumer brands
- You know how to light and shoot solo interviews or skits
- You can create soundbites, meme overlays, and dynamic captions
- You’re fast. Like turn-around-in-24-hours fast.

What You'll Work On
- Scroll-stopping ads for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Spicy explainer vids and myth-busting rants for agent acquisition
- Video content for landing pages, retargeting, and UGC-style promos
- Brand voice and persona that cuts through the sea of sameness in real estate
